Refund policy

Damaged Items: I take great care in packaging each piece to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact me at hannahwilsonart@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

While I cannot guarantee replacements for items damaged in shipping, I will work with you to find the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, I cannot be held responsible if it goes missing or is stolen. To help protect your delivery, consider these options:

  • Install a porch lock box for secure package storage
  • Have packages delivered to your workplace
  • Rent a short-term PO Box at UPS, USPS, or similar services (available month-to-month or in 3-month
    increments)
  • Check if your credit card offers coverage for stolen packages

If you believe your package was stolen, I recommend checking with neighbors first and leaving a note for your mail carrier—they can confirm the delivery location. Many packages turn up after a few days or weeks.

Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of original artwork and custom prints, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions about a piece before purchasing, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to provide additional photos or information to help you make your decision.
