Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Timeline: As a small business, I personally handle each order with care. Orders are processed and shipped once per week. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be prepared and shipped from my studio in Durango, Colorado.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Most orders within the contiguous United States arrive within 4-7 business days after shipping. Large format prints, orders with incomplete addresses, or out-of-stock items may experience delays until the issue is resolved.

Shipping Methods: Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, destination, and current carrier availability. I select the most reliable option for your specific order to ensure safe delivery. Most packages ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail.

Rush Shipping: I do not offer rush shipping at this time. However, most orders ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail and typically arrive within 1-2 days once shipped from my studio.

Tracking Information: All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your package ships. Please note: Sticker orders do not include tracking numbers. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Large Original Paintings: Certain larger original paintings can be shipped, but local pickup is strongly preferred for these pieces. Any shipping restrictions or pickup preferences will be clearly noted on the specific item listing.

Local Pickup & In-Person Shopping: All online orders must be shipped—I do not offer pickup for standard online orders. However, if you’re in Durango and need something quickly for a gift deadline, you can visit my space at the Art Room Collective to purchase paintings, prints, and hats in person the same day.

Print Orders: Print orders are fulfilled through a trusted third-party printing partner. These orders may ship separately from original artwork or other items and will have their own tracking information.

Shipping Locations:
At this time, I only ship within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

Damaged Items: I take great care in packaging each piece to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact me at hannahwilsonart@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.

While I cannot guarantee replacements for items damaged in shipping, I will work with you to find the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, I cannot be held responsible if it goes missing or is stolen. To help protect your delivery, consider these options:

  • Install a porch lock box for secure package storage
  • Have packages delivered to your workplace
  • Rent a short-term PO Box at UPS, USPS, or similar services (available month-to-month or in 3-month
    increments)
  • Check if your credit card offers coverage for stolen packages

If you believe your package was stolen, I recommend checking with neighbors first and leaving a note for your mail carrier—they can confirm the delivery location. Many packages turn up after a few days or weeks.
